The Ouseburn Planning and Development Group (PDDP) held events at Ouseburn Farm over two days at the beginning of October to tell people about the NewcastleGateshead Urban Core Area Action Plan (UCAAP), and to seek views about how Ouseburn fits into it.

The group collated the responses, and Dale Bolland has put these into a formal response from the Planning and Development Group and sent it to Newcastle’s Planning Department.

Elderberries in Ouseburn.

It’s lovely to see some blue skies and sunshine in the valley today.

There seem to be berries of every colour here at the moment – brilliant scarlets, glowing yellows, luminous white and glistening purple-blacks.

Members of the Ouseburn Planning and Development Group are busy this week with pulling together responses to consultations.

We are creating this website so we can share information and documents relating to such consultations with more people.
